The Toronto Blue Jays have acquired Adam Cimber and Corey Dickerson in a trade with the Miami Marlins.

Miami received Joe Panik and Minor League right-hander Andrew McInvale in the swap.

Dickerson, 32, signed a two-year, $17.5 million deal with the Marlins before the 2020 season.

Cimber is controllable via arbitration through the 2024 season.

The Tampa Bay Rays have acquired Mike Ford from the New York Yankees in exchange for $100,000 and a player to be named later.

Ford was designated for assignment Saturday.

The 28-year-old had a strong rookie season with the Yankees in 2019, hitting .259 with 12 homers and 25 RBI in 143 at-bats over 50 games.
